Once again Jerome hit the open road to check out the happenings in and around Miami Florida. He was welcomed by Mario Yanez of Foodscapedesigns.com.
During his trip he spoke at the University of Miami, where Terri Hood welcomed him kindly. After that he jetted over to visit again with the good folks at ECHO near Fort Myers, before running down to the Florida Gulf Coast University food forest to check out whats going on there. He lastly made a stop over at Florida International University. He wanted me to be sure to mention the delicious meal he had at The Three Sisters Farm!
